Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
A request to cancel an order must be submitted via email to nostalgiatree@gmail.com within 3 hours of purchase via email at nostalgiatree@gmail.com.
After purchasing and receiving your item(s), you may return them for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, with prior approval from Nostalgia Tree. To receive a refund, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via nostalgiatree@gmail.com.
The deadline for returning an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
We will reimburse you within 15 days of receiving the returned goods in the same condition as when they were sent. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The goods are in the original packaging (if applicable) and in the condition in which they arrived.
The items are new and not vintage.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
Vintage items must be obtained with prior approval from Nostalgia Tree. ALL SALES FOR VINTAGE ITEMS ARE AS IS. THE CONDITION IS CLEARLY PHOTOGRAPHED AND DESCRIBED IN THE LISTINGS. ALL SALES OF VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL
New items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt, with prior approval from Nostalgia Tree. We will reimburse you within 15 days of receiving the returned goods in the same condition as when they were sent.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a tracked and insured mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
